PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

Occasionally we will feature wet bags and pods that will be sold as 'Pre-Order'. This means that we will sell the products before or while they are being handmade. Customers can choose to purchase these items prior to being finished, and they will be posted as soon as they are ready.

Current turn around time for pre-orders is 2 weeks.

EASY RETURNS

We understand that occasionally customers will purchase items that are not a good fit (size, colour etc) and we want you to be assured that we accept returns on items within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of your items. Products should returned in original packaging, unworn with all tags and hygiene stickers intact.

When we receive your returned items, we will provide you with a refund, or store credit voucher to the equal value of the returned item (excluding postage) . You can use your credit voucher to exchange the item if it is still in stock, or towards another item. 

Please contact us with your name and order number (hello@zincandco.com.au) to arrange the return. Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. Return address is

Due to limited stock of some items, direct exchanges may not always be possible. We know this is disappointing and we will do what we can to help. If an item is in stock, and the customer wishes to exchange size, it is easiest to organise purchase of the item again through the website (but if you have done this prior to receiving your store credit, please let us know so we can refund). 

All exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for return of faulty goods.  

The products must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging, not washed, worn or altered in any way and have the original tags and tickets attached. Returned items not received in their original state will be returned to the customer once customer has re-paid the shipping cost. We reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned
